Zoning Hearing Board conditions.
In reviewing any application for a heliport or helistop, the Zoning Hearing Board shall be guided by the standards included in § 116-217: Standards for actions hereof and, in addition, may impose further restrictions on hours of operation, lighting and noise levels, and such other requirements as may be appropriate and reasonable to protect the health, welfare and safety of Township residents and their property, provided that these restrictions and requirements do not compromise air safety or conflict with regulations imposed by the Federal Aviation Administration and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Bureau of Aviation.
