Subdivision Plan of Lots of Record
A lot which does not conform to the minimum and maximum regulations of the district in which it is located and which is included in a recorded plan of lots heretofore approved under the provisions of the Whitemarsh Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (Chapter 105: Subdivision and Land Development), its supplements and amendments, shall not be used unless the minimum and maximum regulations of the district are met, or in the event that such recorded subdivision plan approved by the Township was secured within one year of the effective date of this chapter or a variance is obtained from the Zoning Hearing Board.
